1. New tenant services, including property marketing, advertising, credit checks, deposit registration fees, preparation of rental agreements and related documents;
2. Rent collection and housing escrow, i.e. rent collection and property management throughout the lease period;
3. Check-in and inventory of items, including a complete list of items and condition feedback as proof of the condition of the property and the principal's furniture at the start of the tenancy;
4. Renewal fees, i.e. rent review and preparation of renewal documents;
5. Check-out report, containing comprehensive check-out condition feedback to protect the principal's interest in the event that any damages are deducted from the actual tenant's deposit;
