- Check-in and inventory of items, including a complete list of items and condition feedback as proof of the condition of the property and the principal's furniture at the start of the tenancy;
- Renewal fees, i.e. rent review and preparation of renewal documents;
- Check-out report, containing comprehensive check-out condition feedback to protect the principal's interest in the event that any damages are deducted from the actual tenant's deposit;
